how to fix lag in rendering video with level sequence

I try many times to render a video(settings: video sequence-frame rate:30-resolution 1920 *1080-with compression quality 70 ) but it is always very slow when render is finished ,Although it works very quickly in real time.My pc specs(AMD RYZEN 7 1700 -8 CORES-GEFORCE GTX 1070- 3 GHZ -RAM 32 GB-WINDOWS 8 64 BIT.
