Bug Report: Update Destructible Mesh crashes editor

When you create a Destructible Mesh from a custom Static Mesh and then update the Static Mesh and reimport it, if you hit refresh on the Destructible Mesh version that was created it will crash the engine.

I’m unsure whether this is the way the tool is meant to be used but it should really throw up a warning or disable the button rather than crash to desktop.

Sorry for the delay.

I was able to reproduce this in 4.16, however the crash wasn’t reproducible in our latest internal build. So you should see this working as intended again in a future engine release.
