Unreal Engine 4.15.3 won't launch Error code (0xc000007b)

Hello there,

my Unreal Engine 4 won’t launch. I’ve tried to run it with dependency walker and it generated this file.
I am not sure if I can read it properly though. It seems like the main problem is with kernel32.dll, which I tried to replace with a new one that I have downloaded. Not surprisingly, it made my computer crash and I had to use cmd to replace it with the backup file.

Could you guys please help me solve this?

This was solved by removing and installing again these versions of mvc++ as written here in this article.
