What material node will make an object have different colors?

What material node setup will allow an object to have different colors depending on what angle each polygon on the object is facing the camera?

Here is a tutorial for Maya. The sixth image down shows an object with different colors depending on what angle the surface is facing the camera at.

I am basically trying to follow that tutorial to make satin shader but try to do it in Unreal Engine.

can you provide any example image? or more detailed description.
