4.16 Crash after VR Preview consistently.

Hey there!

So I’m having this strange bug that is causing unreal to crash every time I exit VR preview and go back through my content browser. Is anyone else experiencing this? I went ahead and attached my dump files from the error. Its happening almost if not every time these conditions are present. Please let me know if anyone has any insight! Thanks so much.

I’m seeing the same behavior with an Oculus Rift and a GTX1070 with latest drivers and the 4.16.2 editor. It’s getting pretty annoying.

Same here on 4.17.1. Also using a GTX1070 with the latest driver. It regularly crashes after each VR Preview.

UPDATE: I have uninstalled Sonic Suite 2 and all its related components and I no longer have crashes after each VR Preview. The issue was very likely due to a conflict with SS2.

If you have any application/add-on enhancing the video or the gaming experience, try to uninstall it and see whether that solves it.

I had DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL error on packaged project. Go %LocalAppData% and empty delete your game folder
