4.16.2 - Physics vibrating/broken

I have a ball physics puzzle game where you roll around. I have been using this since 4.8, so I am certain that all my gameplay related objects and blueprints are fine.

It worked fine in 4.16.1 but in 4.16.2 the ball is juddering and vibrating on surfaces that have been scaled, which is a large majority of my game.
This wouldn’t be an issue if I could roll back to 4.16.1.

I can post a video if more is needed but to replicate this issue, scale a mesh up and using the rolling ball template to traverse over the scaled object (The larger its scaled the more the issue occurs).

I have the same problem. Very annoying.

This is also happening in Unreal’s Rolling physics ball demo in Unreal 4.16.2, and in my own project after the update from 4.16.1
