World Composition water around island

I have an island map that is 25 km by 25 km what i am trying to figure out is how would i go about surrounding the island with water across so many tiles i cant seem to find anything on this?

Thats what i am thinking i watched the ue4 talk about world comp on YouTube and i am thinking the day/night water everything could be in that level

Well, in theory, you could have your ocean mesh in persistent level.

I have a large open world setup with a daynight cycle and water level in a single bp in the persistent level

Yeah I’m thinking that’s the way to go.
