Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Trouble with ART for Mac

recently I updated to UE 4.15 and moved the project files of the rigs I was working with to the corresponding folders in UE 4.15. However, when I booted up Maya and attempted to add a character to the scene, ART spat out this error:

Error: RuntimeError: file /Users/Shared/Epic Games/UE_4.15/Engine/Extras/Maya_AnimationRiggingTools/ArtToolsOSX/MayaTools/General/Scripts/art_v1/ART_addCharacter_UI.py line 108: Object 'addCharacter_UI|columnLayout13|formLayout111|textScrollList5' not found.

Then it closes out. The project files are there, but Maya can't seem to find them.

I'm wondering if when I moved the MayaTools directories I messed up somehow.

Any help is appreciated!
