3DS Max export : animation doesn't properly show in Unreal Engine 4

Hello everyone. I’ve been lookin all this afternoon for my issue but couldn’t find any post related to it.

When using 3DS Max I created an animation for my character which looks like this :

As you can see there is some rotation applied to the legs and tail. But when I export my character to .fbx using these settings

It ends up looking like this :

I tried re-exporting or changing the my settings but nothing changes.
Does someone have any idea of what’s going on and what I should do to fix that ?
