[Feature Request] Mac to Windows Packaging

An essential part of cross platform development is actually being able to develop cross platform.

I’m surprised we are in 4.2 with no word yet on cross platform packaging.

Thank you for your report. There have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur. Due to timetable of when this issue was first posted, we are marking this post as resolved for tracking purposes.

Hi, ok closing this issue because it refers to a very old version of the engine, but wouldn’t have been better to actually reply to the question?
Is this currently supported in the latest available version of the engine?

On a related subject, answers is a great tool, but many issues are closed without a proper solution or even an answer. This is kind of misleading, checking the percentage of “solved issues” gives the feedback that these issues are really solved.

I second how frustrating this is. And moreover, as a developer coming from Unity, I find the lack of true cross platform build support downright medieval in 2015. Seriously?
