Improt objects errors

i have being using chief achitect X9 to model a house, and for better visualisation i decided to export it to unreal engine 4.

In order to do that I exported the plan as (.3ds) file to 3dsmax and then exported as (.fbx) file to unreal engine.

But when imported the meshes where seperated like shown in the image.

Am not a big user of 3dsmax, so if someone encountered this problem or know how to fix it, please help
