Construction Script that contains Draw Debug (Anything) breaks packager

Any attempt to render debug output into the viewport during object construction (such as attempting to give the level designer a preview of an aperture setting or other parameter not neatly representable using string output) will break the build on the map containing the offending component.

Expected result:

If draw debug does not work in builds the blueprint item should either indicate as such in its notes section; or the call should be skipped altogether during build output.

Please note, this does not effect playing in the editor; launching to new windows or the output log. No indication whatever is made to the end-user that there is a problem with the construction script.

This occurs whether the delta on the debug draw call is -1 or +1.
