Why do characters float on navmesh

Why does my AI character float on the navmesh? Is there any way to make the character walk along the floor? I am using a custom asset as the AI.

I have the same problem.
It better to ask on the forum, here you less likely to get the answer.

are the feet of your mesh level with the bottom of the collision? does the problem occur when the character is statically posed and during animations?

Any answer to this? I am facing the same problem as well

provide some feedback and pictures. it could be something easy like the meshes placement or a bad animation but without seeing the issue no one can really help.
