Downgrade performance on android after 4.16 upgrad

Unfortunatly no. I moved my initial design from static mesh to instanced static mesh to improve performance.

I migrate from 4.15 to 4.16 and I experimented a downgrade of performance on android shield.
with 4.15:
Project Launcher->Shied->ASTC-shipping-by book ===> on shield = 50fps

with 4.16:
Project Launcher->Shied->ASTC-shipping-by book ===> on shield = 40fps

arround 100 actors on scene without tick

I read that 4.16 improve android perf but I don’t think so…
or is there some new options to desactivate after migration ?
