My C drive has a capacity shortage. I really want to change library path in luncher.

If you are creating a new project, you can change the directory for the new project by clicking the dropdown button above ‘Create Project’. This will allow you download sample projects to other drives.

The above response has been edited for clarification. The link that was provided was only applicable to an older version of the Launcher that did not allow changes to the download location.
