We’ve reached out to our Answerhub vendor to go ahead and make the necessary changes so that you are able to change your notification preferences.

You’re correct, it won’t be effective immediately. The vendor will need to go in and make the changes, but we don’t have a timeframe for this currently.

I want to change my email preferences because of the number of emails I am receiving, but I am unable to do so.
