Can UE4.13 Work With VS2017?

First Sorry For my poor English.
I used to use UE4.15 with VS2017 and It works fine.
For some reason I need to use UE4.13 but I find it can not compile source code with VS2017.
I want to know:Can UE4.13 Work with VS2017? if the answer is true, how can I configure it?
