animation and camera not in sync when rendering

Hi, I’m working on a animation project and before I start my post, I cannot post any screenshots for visual explanation as of company policy
I just started using UE about 3 months ago and I’ve finally came to render. I have a sequencer set up and we’re rendering using cmd lines. here is my problem, when I render with movie delay before warm up, my character animation is delayed along, so I have cam 1 on screen but the character animation is for example on cam 5. any idea what is the problem?
at the moment I suspect that NVidia’s hairworks build is the cause here as this happened after I implemented the hairworks build. if anyone know any definitive solution please let me know thank you.

got the solution to this, my sequencer was double playing, I had a Level blueprint auto-playing the sequencer and had auto-play ticked on the sequencer properties
