Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

I am unable to add keyframes

When I attempt to add a Keyframe in Matinee I receive the error message: Nothing to Keframe, or selected object can't be keyframed on this type of track. I have made the static mesh moveable and have followed directions on multiple tutorials.
I am using Unreal version 4.6.1. I realize this is an older version, which may be the issue but this is the only one I have access to as of now. I am using Unreal on a computer with no internet connection so I am unable to update. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Product Version: UE older version

1 answer: sort voted first

Issue resolved. I selected the object I wanted to move before I created the Matinee but you apparently have to select it again after you create the new group. Thank you.
