Replication break character's mesh on begin
We've ran into a broblem, where load of replicated actors on level make character's meshes behave weird. It appears only if Network Smoothing is Enabled inside Movement component.

If you set smoothing move to Disabled inside character move comp, you will see everything become okay.

This definitely seems to be a bug, it looks as though some character movement stuff was changed in 4.16
