You re-installed windows? Are your graphics drivers up to date?
maybe you have closed all the tabs and windows !
go to “window” menu and try to open some of the windows.
Try Window → Reset Layout
are you getting errors in your log files when trying to open these windows?
Recently i have encountered a problem when opening Level Blueprints and Game Instance Blueprints. They are blank… I have scoured the forums and i cannot find any people with the same issue. Most people i have found have blank blueprints but the tool bar is still visible, however, this is not the case for me.

I have tried uninstalling the engine, reinstalling it, removing all plugins, rebooting my computer, deleting the saved and intermediate folder, but nothing.
When i uninstalled the engine the problem went away, only to come back when i opened it at a later date.This problem occurs in every single project on my computer, new and old.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, the game is for university and i don’t have time to reinstall windows (Again)
everything is up to date, i made sure to update everything
Never seen this specific error myself, but simmular, (like an entire bp seeming to be empty but still works when you play). Sometimes ue4 gets strange errors when working to a remote directory, (dropbox, google drive), if this is the case for you try rolling back your file to see if that helps.
