How to replicate the FPS character to the server (Blueprints)

Hey
I have a FPS map and I can see the arms and weapon as you should but when I try to use Multiplayer and set up the editor to New Editor Windon (PIE) and run it I see one set of arms/weapon in the server window and one set in the client but they cant see each other.
I have gone through and confirmed they are both set to replicate and also set the flags for owner can see etc but no joy

Any ideas?
