CPU Particle collisions not works with ISMC?

Good day. I have some blood-splash particle system and i wanna make decals on environment that created in construction script (Instanced static mesh component → ISMC). I looked for some tutorials and attached “Actor collisions” and “Event generator”, but it collides all except ISMC. Is it a bug, or am i fool?

It worked after engine update from 4.15 to 4.16.
