How can i achieve floating monster's tentacles look ?
I want to make a monster with tentacles on its head, acting according to the animation. Tentacles movement is not in animation, I want to do it in engine, with physics.

Animation dynamics or physics assets ? what will be the best solution .. is there any other way to do it ? plus, i've no optimization problem, as it gonna be baked in engine.
any suggestion will be appreciated.
