Change wind directional source timing (for slow motion)

Hi!
I’m using speedtree with ue4 and for wind I’m using speedtree node and wind directional source class.
I like the kind of movement it’s exactly what I was looking for but I need to control the movement over time: I need to create a surreal wind. Is there a way to take the position offset made by wind but give that value to the mesh in a larger delta-time? Basically I want a heavy storm on my trees in slow-motion.
