Hi there, I just cant fix this... I tried a thousand things. The Polys on this surface have all the same smoothinggroup, but in the rendering you can see some nasty horizontal shadows along the edge of the polys. I checked export smoothing groups - I stitched all those UV´s nicely together - tried recompute tangents/normals any ideas?

This particular issue might have two other causes, apart from smoothing. Screen-space ambient occlusion can give such artifacts on concave parts of the mesh under certain conditions. It also can be caused by cascaded shadow maps.
