How can I detect that Oculus CV1 is mounted?

I would like to change between normal and vr view automatically, depends on the rift is mounted or not. I looked around in several threads and description, but I didn’t find an exact solution for this.
Can somebody help me out with this?

There are 2 cameras in the pawn. One is for fps mode, it’s not locked to hmd, one is for vr (locked to hmd).
I would like to change between these two. For example the fps mode function:
