Equivalent to Blueprint's Line Of Sight To?

Hello! I’m looking for the C++ equivalent of the Blueprint function Line Of Sight To, and after searching for a while, I didn’t find anything. Does anybody know if there’s such a function, or have an idea of how I could implement one?
