Problem with importing a skeletal mesh from Blender

Could you post a screenshot of your bone hierarchy in Blender 's outliner? I’m guessing you having multiple bones that have no parent. Only one single bone should be parentless and thus be the “root”. Every other bone should be a child of some other bone.

Although I’ve seen several times a mention of the skeletal mesh import from Blender being broken due to that root bone problem so I’m not sure if it is related to a deeper problem.

Hi. Thanks for your answer. I didn’t parent the IK and Pole Target bones. Without your answer, I’d never guess, that this was a problem.

Hey, I want to create a simple player model.
I’ve been following this totorial to rig the mesh. When I import my mesh into Unreal I get an error saying, that the mesh contains multiple root bones, and that UE supports only one root bone.
How can I fix this?
