I hope I’m not the only one who has this problem.
I import assets by placing them within my project’s content folder. This brings up a “Asset change has been detected” popup in Unreal, where it gives me a choice between ‘Import’ and ‘Don’t Import’ buttons.
The problem is that I have encountered many many times, where no matter how much I spam click the ‘Import’ button it just doesn’t respond. Sometimes it’ll import without a problem, sometimes I have to click it over and over with almost no response. I have somewhat of a vague feeling that this might be affected by what’s behind the import button but I don’t know. The button brightens when I hover over it and darkens when I click it so obviously it isn’t frozen. It just doesn’t respond.
