Not sure what I could be doing wrong or what’s going on. I’m not even sure what the Error Code means but any advice as to how to fix this?

I’ve emailed support but no one seems to have answered my email. I’m starting to wonder when I’m going to get a reply. Did you ever figure out how to fix it?
