Screen Percentage with custom render pass

Hello,
I recently started experiment with sequencer and custom render pass. The issue I have is that screen percentage does not change quality when using custom render pass. I cannot find reason as to why that happens. If someone can provide an answer to that it’d be great. And if there is a solution to this problem I would like to know.

Still having this problem on 4.18. Did anybody come up with a solution so far. Rendering 32Bit EXRs with 200% ScreenPercentage applied would be very helpful!
