BSP has red vertcies and is invisible, but has collision

Everything was working fine in my level until I tried adding another subtractive brush; now half of the BSPs are like this:

They only show up like this in the geometry editing mode, else they are invisible (though they still have collision, albeit broken) in game and scene view.

I’ve tried building the BSP again and copying the broken BSP. No luck so far.
Placing new BSP into the scene and the same level works fine, but I don’t want to rebuild half my BSP; does anyone know what could be causing this?

Turns out Sequencer had grabbed their positions for some reason; removing them from sequencer fixed the problem
