Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Hello,

Thank you for reporting this issue, although Answerhub is for issues related to Unreal Engine 4 in particular. For support with Fortnite and for reporting these types of issues, please go to http://fortnitehelp.epicgames.com/

As for reporting crashes in particular, simply filling out the crash reporter window that comes up with your specifications and what happened prior to the crash would be best. All of those crash reports do go into our database and are checked.

For submitting support tickets on your own, the "Email Us" button on the right side of the page is the best option.

This is not resolved and there's nothing on the link you've provided to address the UE4 crashing. Would love a real answer, not some copy/paste BS that doesn't address anything.

The game is crashing, not UE4. The UE4 crash reporter window is the same through all of our games. Answerhub is only for issues and questions related to using Unreal Engine 4 itself. Reporting problems here will not get it to the correct people who can resolve these issues. As stated, use http://fortnitehelp.epicgames.com/ for Fortnite related problems.
