you get a lot less crashes if you set your effects slider in video options to the lowest setting
While it may not look the best, lots of people confirmed that setting the effects slider low will reduce a lot of crashes especially on nvidia hardware.

I have a massive amount of crashes (39 so far) this seriously needs to be fixed…i may have a lot of hours playing but i still want a refund if this continues…FIX THE GAME!

As for reporting crashes in particular, simply filling out the crash reporter window that comes up with your specifications and what happened prior to the crash would be best. All of those crash reports do go into our database and are checked.
For submitting support tickets on your own, the “Email Us” button on the right side of the page is the best option.
