Hard to dismiss node context menus in Blueprint Editor on Mac

I’ll just post the steps. This is on macOS Sierra 10.12.6 with UE 4.16.2:

  1. Open any Blueprint.
  2. Add any node, if there aren’t any there yet.
  3. Right click on a node’s header.
  4. Click in an empty part of the blueprint dismiss the context. It doesn’t dismiss, but the contents of the menu become disabled because no node is selected anymore.
  5. Click on the top of the context menu again (nothing will happen visually, but I think this gives the menu focus).
  6. Click off the context menu again. It finally dismisses properly.

Note that if instead of clicking on the top of the context menu in step 5, you can open a submenu (i.e.: mouse over “Alignment” in the screenshot), then mouse back over the menu, and then clicking off the context will work correctly. The problem only happens if you don’t open any submenus. It happens every time.

Here’s an image of the disabled context menu and where to click. I think this might be related to a general window activation issue in UE on the Mac, which I’ll post about separately.

Thanks
