Video doesn't play in reverse on android

I have made a UI with Video playing for android. When I swipe right the video plays at normal rates and when I swipe left I want the video to play in reverse. It works in editor, but not on android.

Reverse play is not supported on Android at this time, sorry. We may switch to Android’s lower level media API to add this and other features, but it may not happen before 4.19.

Please, add this features.
Is very important for us, we are developing a video player for android inside unreal and the reverse playback is a “must have” features.
