Hey! You reminded me of a question that came up in my mid when I read the EULA: “after the first 3000$ per quarter.” This line of course will remove a lot of pain in cases where the game’s starting to get old, and it makes couple bucks a quarter, “And now I have to send Epic these 0.28$…”, but let’s imagine the income of a quarter was 3001$. Would I be paying Epic 0.05$ (5% of the money gained after hitting the 3000$) or 150.05$ (5% of the total 3001$)? This can be quite meaning full for indies, which is why I would love to hear answer to it.

You would only owe royalties on gains after the $3000, so in your case it would be $.05.
