Why does my character have unwanted motion blur

I have a spaceship and a first person character. I have it so if the spaceship gets close to a planet I teleport the spaceship to a hiding place and teleport the first person character (which was hidden at the bottom corner of the world space), and teleport it to the starting point on the planet surface. I am using a persistent level and unloading streaming levels and loading streaming levels while teleporting the actors and possessing the proper one. Everything works ok but the first person character has a blinking kind of motion blur problem, but only after teleporting and streaming levels…when I open the level without streaming there is no motion blur problem. If I put a post process volume and set the motion blur to zero it hides most of the problem, but I think it would be. Better if I could use motion blur .I’m not really doing anything complex I’m just unloading and loading streaming levels and teleporting my spaceship and fps character, does anybody know about this problem?
