Fog and bloom problems with splitscreen

Our game uses splitscreen (the standard way, by creating a new player and letting UE do the rest). We’re encountering a number of problems with rendering:

  1. The Heightfog and Skylight turn off if players face opposite directions: Top image is player one; it only effects one side of the split screen.

  1. Bloom is disabled: I saw a few old posts relating to this but is it really not fixed yet? This is how it’s supposed to look vs. the above images.
