One material, different lightmaps

I have module building. Almost everywhere lightmap is calculated correctly.
For example here at the junction of the two section models:

But there are problematic places, like this:

I tried to change different types of mobilites, tried to reconfigure the normals, improve the quality of building light up to production.
These options do not help.

There are similar questions on the forum, but there is not something that would help to eliminate this moment
