Why does my character twitch whin it stops running?

I took the starter pack animations and applied them to a mannequin, following the instructions on the unreal engine site. However, my character twitches/jerks when it transitions from running to its idle animation. How do I fix this issue?

Assuming your using a blendspace for movement, go into the blendspace settings scroll down to “Target Weight Interpolation” and set that to something like 2.

Also make sure your characters speed doesnt exceed the maximum speed Axis in your blendspace.
