How to fix this light map issue?

I’m currently building a game demo using a modular set up and have run into an issue with the tiles not showing off the proper lighting after a quick Preview build. I was playing with the lighting settings, just the Attenuation Radius and Intensity that I can work with for now until I fine tune it a bit later. This is what’s popping up. I’ve checked the light maps and replaced any that I thought was could be the cause of the issue. I’m currently using Point Lights set as static. Tried Stationary as well and picked up the same or similar result.

An update…I deleted the lighting in the room and started over. It isn’t as severe but will still pose a problem if I ignore it.

In a new room spotty lighting is starting to bake into the level after I do a light build.
