4.17 Physics changed?

Hey there unreal community

Whats up with the physics in 4.17? my ragdolls are flying out of the map when affected by physics.
In 4.14.3 there was no issue. I’m using add impulse to the actor when they are hit, i dropped the impulse amount drastically, and it has no affect.

Seems the physics assets of the characters have to be redone.

Here the physics is the same from 4.16, 4.16.3, 4.17, 4.17.1
The only visible difference for me is at every 1 minute I get a sort of lag from the 4.17, 4.17.1 physics simulation process.

This video show my physics simulation.
In the motorcycle video at 2:40 just before jump the hill you can see the bike getting a little lag when it turn a bit to the left. This lag happen at around every 1 min and it is not present with version 4.16, 4.16.3

I get a other problem but this one is from the static terrain collision, sometimes my wheels get some sort of edge bump collision. It make jump the vehicle or it come more hard to drive right.
