How to update mesh in scene when adding new elements in 3D modeling software?

Hello everyone,
I have a house and I’m constantly adding new elements and re-exporting the whole scene to UE4. My issue is that my scene does not update in the UE4 viewport with the new added elements. For example, I have a house and import that into UE4 I then decide to add a mailbox and reimport the scene with the mailbox. The FBX is updated, but the scene in the UE4 viewport does not have the mailbox. I’m blocking out my scene and just want to be able to delete\add or modify a file and have those changes made and updated in my scene in UE4.when adding new elements to a FBX; do I have to manually place the new models? Thank you and appreciate all the help in advance.
