Pretty straightforward, I have a snow particle system and I need to attach it to my players camera.

you could simply go in to the componets tab of your Character blueprint and type in the search field on the left side
“add particlesystem”. Add it and drag it onto your camera. Done
Hope that is what you wanted to do
