Packaging failed in 4.17 works fine in 4.14

Hello i created interior walk trough for architectural visualization i can’t compress lights maps because of artifacts.I could package on version 4.14 any other later versions fail to package on windows 64 bit.
Message i receive when i try to package:

No sorry i will try 4.18 soon but i don’t think it will work.
