Filtered World Outliner Hides New Folders [Request that it doesn't]

In the World Outliner panel, if you select Only in Current Level and probably the others, if you add a New Folder, it is hidden.

  • Request: New folders are shown when world outliner is filtered.
  • Reason: I use the filter Only in Current Level when I work in a specific level (in a PersistentLevel), but the current implementation forces me to unfilter my outliner to organize my actors, or to open the level separately to organize.
