Speedup maps loading

I have a problem with time of loading editor and maps… it takes really long… bigger maps could load about 5 to 10 minutes on a good spec desktop. Could someone give any advice, how to speed up that process, or how to enable multithreading in editor for that task? Another problem is compiling blueprints, this task is synchronic too, and not use all power of pc.
