4.17 HighResScreenshot fails in a shipping build

I’m getting engine crash in 4.17.1 in packaged shipment build when I do high res screenshots. It works fine in debug build though.

I did not have this problem with 4.12-4.16 in shipping builds.

I was unable to reproduce your issue on our end. I have a couple of questions to help me narrow down the issue you are experiencing.

  1. Can you reproduce this issue in a new project?
  2. If so could you provide a detailed list of steps so that I can reproduce this issue on our end?

to me, this error appear several times when the resolution multiplier of the screenshot was too high

It still results in crash in a Shipping build for version 4.17.2

We also had this issue, but found it fixed in the current 4.18 version. There is a commit that you may be able to incorportate from the issue.
